As each of our bags undergo a final inspection before delivery to ensure that our customers receive good quality products, Chaleur only will only accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receipt for defective products. We are not liable for damages caused while shipping.
Chaleur reserves the right to reject any return or exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Conditions:

Items must be shipped back within 5 days, and any expenses incurred from shipping must be shouldered by the buyer.
