HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Just click on the Order Now tab and answer the Order Form. Please be informed that we are currently unable to process credit cards.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept bank deposit or online fund transfer through:

  • Banco de Oro (BDO)

  • Bank of Philippine Islands (BPI)

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FEE?

Metro Manila- P90.00
Provincial- P250.00

HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

We allow 2 banking days for your payment to be done. Please have your payment processed within two banking days after receipt of confirmation. Failure to do so will cancel the reservation.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER PAYING?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

As each of our bags undergo a final inspection before delivery to ensure that our customers receive good quality products, Chaleur only will only accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receipt for defective products. We are not liable for damages caused while shipping.

Chaleur reserves the right to reject any return or exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Conditions: 

  • Items must be shipped back within 5 days, and any expenses incurred from shipping must be shouldered by the buyer.

  • Items must be unused.

  • Items must be shipped in the same packaging it was received in. (e.g. plastic, eco bag)
